 Until I fully love, accept, heal and integrate all the parts of me which felt abandoned and rejected; I will continue to inflict the same wounding, first to myself and possibly to others. At most times, to both. 

 Cliché as it sounds but it’s true, hurt people hurt others. Rejected people, reject others. Abandoned people, abandon others. Humiliated people, humiliate others. Betrayed people, betray others. 

 What a lot of people don’t realize is they inflict the same pain to themselves first. Our subconscious mind is the biggest and strongest photocopying machine you can find in the world. It is 6,000 times more powerful than your conscious mind. Each one of us has it. 

 The good news is we can change what you feed into this strongest photocopier. We can change your limiting thoughts and beliefs into something positive. We can release stored emotions related to pain. We can deactivate all negative cellular receptors and create new positive ones. We can cut or realign energetic cords with relevant people. We can find love, acceptance, healing and integration of all your wounded inner children. We can release the trauma bondage and baggage you inherited from your family and ancestors. We can allow you to receive the flow of love and blessings which are your birthright, and we can do so much more.
