I had a Family Constellation session with Vida. Also, this was my first time ever trying constellations. The session from the very beginning was intense & Vida took me really deep into my healing and helped me release a lot mentally, emotionally as well as my physical body. Even though she was pushing me to go deeper, her gentle approach made the whole experience smooth but cathartic. She also intuitively brought in the elements of hypnotherapy; her other expertise, which made the whole experience unique and I was able to process deeper layers from one of the pressing issues of my current reality.
